It’s crazy we’re already in the second month of the year. I have some updates on our new family show and personnel: Pets & Giggles: “Pets & Giggles” is the new interactive family show coming to Grand Country at Spring Break. The show will feature spectacular canine acts along with family-fun and comedy! The show is being produced in-house, however we’re contracting with some the best known and awarded canine acts in the United States. We’re excited about the new show. The target date to open is March 8. Andy Parks: Andy will be leaving Comedy Jamboree at the end of February. He is pursuing other interests in town. During his seven years with us, he has produced amazing and hilarious characters. He’s certainly made his mark entertaining our audiences. We are so sad to see him leave, however we support he and his family on their other endeavors. Andy will be doing some contract work for us, including helping produce our new family show, “Pets & Giggles”. Shannon Thomason: Shannon’s role has been changed for the upcoming season. He will no longer be with us. We’re so thankful for his many years of service with Grand Country. His infectious smile and big hugs will be missed. He will continue working in the Branson area with Worley Real Estate Network. If you’re buying or selling, Shannon is your guy. You’ve seen him previously with the “Branson Famous Baldknobbers”, and “The Doug Gabriel Show”. He will be playing fiddle and guitar in: “Comedy Jamboree”, “Down Home Country”, “New South Gospel”, and “Branson Country USA”. Nathan is such an accomplished musician, and very nice guy.
