I’m very excited to announce the addition of Andy Parks to our Entertainment Management team as Creative Show Director. Andy was a performer in the Comedy Jamboree from 2016 to 2023. Last Year, he was the producer and director of our all-new Pets and Giggles show. We’re so excited to have him back fulltime in our Grand Country family. His responsibilities will focus on Pets & Giggles and Comedy Jamboree. His duties will include: producing, writing, casting, directing and managing both shows. This includes his return to the stage as a comedian in Comedy Jamboree. He will also be doing special projects for me. Andy has been performing for decades. He spent an eight-year tour of duty in the Los Angeles entertainment industry. There he was given the best education in working within some of the most intense standards. He grew his craft and had an amazing time networking and seeing the opportunities unfold for him and his wife on the west coast in film commercials and stage. After those eight years in L.A. Andy and his wife Carmen were cast in the productions of Sight and Sound Theatres and moved themselves and their newborn out to hills and hollers of the Ozark Mountains and landed themselves in Branson, MO. He was a featured player in Noah and was there for its first four years running. Before the call to join the cast at Comedy jamboree Andy could have been seen as Skeeter in Dolly Parton’s Stampede, The Big Dill Improv (Cast/Producer), Sam Phillips in the Million Dollar Quartet as well as filling in for other shows throughout the Branson theatres. Now you might catch him on the TV as The 811 Dig guy! Andy and his wife Carmen have been married for over 20 years and have two amazing girls, Contessa and Victorious. I’m can’t wait to see what Andy brings to Grand Country in such a new and “Grand” way. Welcome home Andy!
